HEREWITH FILE PLANS TO CONVERT EXISTING TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE TO A THREE FAMILY RESIDENCE. WORK TO INCLUDE REMOVAL OF DOORS, INSTALL FIRE RATED DOORS AND FRAMES, MINOR PARTITION WORK AND INSTALL 1 GAS RANGE. OBTAIN NEW CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THREE FAMILY RESIDENCE.
